This policy tells you how long it takes for your order to reach your door and how much it costs.

1. WHERE WE DELIVER

• We deliver to all locations covered by PostEx Courier Service throughout the Islamic Republic of Pakistan only.

• We do not ship orders outside of Pakistan.

2. SHIPPING FEES (COST)

• Cost is Variable: The shipping fee is calculated automatically based on the size, weight, and your city’s location.

• Transparency: The final shipping charge will be clearly shown to you on the checkout page before you click “Confirm Order” or choose Cash on Delivery.

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Your total waiting time has two parts:

A. Processing Time (Our Time)

• Time: All orders are prepared, packed, and handed to PostEx within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays).

B. Delivery Time (PostEx’s Time)

• Time: Once PostEx receives the package, the estimated delivery time is typically 4 to 7 business days to arrive at your address.

• Please note: This is an estimate and may take longer during national holidays or unexpected courier delays.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

• Tracking Number: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your PostEx Tracking Number.

• You can use this number on the PostEx website to see exactly where your package is at all times.

5. RISK OF LOSS (WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?

• We are responsible for the package once we hand it to PostEx.

• You become responsible for the package once you sign for it and the courier confirms delivery
