Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the https://sooq.pk/ website (“Site”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. WHO WE ARE AND GOVERNING LAW

1.1. Governing Law
This Agreement and any sales contract between you and SOOQ shall be governed by and construed solely in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
The application of laws from any jurisdiction other than Pakistan is expressly excluded.
1.2. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase made on the Site shall be settled in the Consumer Courts located within the jurisdiction of Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
2. TERMS OF SALE AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
2.1. Order Acceptance and Completion
The acceptance of your order and the completion of the sales contract are defined as follows:
For Bank Transfer Orders:
The contract is concluded and the order is considered complete only after the item has been physically shipped to you. We may cancel the order and issue a full refund if the item is out of stock or cannot be shipped, even if payment has been received.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
The contract is concluded and the order is considered complete only after the customer receives and pays for the product. Prior to delivery, SOOQ reserves the right to cancel the order for any reason.
2.2. Product Accuracy and Pricing Errors
Images: We strive to display product images accurately, but the actual colors, finishes, and size of the product may vary slightly from the images shown on the website due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes.
Pricing: We reserve the right to correct any errors in product pricing or description and to cancel or refuse to process any order placed under an incorrect price.
2.3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refusal Policy (The 3-Strikes Rule)
To protect our business from unnecessary courier charges, we track refusal history:
Forgivable Mistakes: We allow a customer up to two (2) refusals of COD packages before a penalty is applied.
Blacklisting: If a customer refuses a third separate COD order, that customer’s shipping address, phone number, and email will be permanently blacklisted from placing future orders on the SOOQ website.
3. PAYMENTS AND BILLING
All prices on the Site are listed and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
We accept payment via Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD).
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
4.1. Maximum Liability (Your Financial Shield)
You agree that in the event of any claim, suit, or legal action against SOOQ, our maximum liability to you shall be strictly limited to the total amount you paid for the product(s) in question. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages (such as lost income or emotional distress).
4.2. Disclaimer of Warranty (New Protective Clause)
Except for the express guarantees detailed in our separate Refund and Exchange Policy, all products purchased on the Site are provided “as is.” We do not make any express or implied guarantees (warranties) that the products are fit for any specific or unstated purpose beyond what is generally intended. You use the product at your own risk.
5. FORCE MAJEURE (New Protective Clause)
SOOQ shall not be responsible or held liable for any delay or failure in performance of our obligations (including shipping and delivery) that is caused by circumstances or events outside of our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to:
Acts of God (e.g., floods, earthquakes, or severe weather).
Government restrictions, lockdowns, or new laws in Pakistan.
General strikes, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism.
Major transportation or courier network failures.
6. WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sooq LLC and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS (New Protective Clause)
The Site may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties (such as news articles or supplier pages). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access and use these third-party sites at your own risk.
8. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Site periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
